| | | | San Francisco native, Rebecca Beardsley, has styled hair in the
Bay Area for the last 28 years. She remembers enjoying putting
clothes together at the age of eight, influenced by her fashionista
mother, who was raised in Hong Kong in the 40s, and her four
stylish sisters. Her father’s travels by sea all over the world
piqued her interest in the customs, dress and hairstyles of other
cultures.
Rebecca integrates these early experiences with her passion for
fashion when she uses shape, color and texture to create a mood
for lifestyle, fashion and glamour shoots. Collaborating with
photographers, wardrobe stylists, and designers, she provides
hair services and light makeup on location for both print and
runway.
Rebecca is proud to be a member of the L’Oreal Professionnel
Session Styling Team, as well as the Artistic Technical Team. She
produced a fashion show called the Audacity of Change, a benefit
for Destiny Arts in Oakland in 2008. She gives her time to various
non-profits, such as SHOUT! Celebrating Women Veterans
Through the Arts. She is committed to growth in all aspects of her
